Missed Classes & Makeup Sessions:
AB Fine Art Studio is not
responsible for missed classes. If a student is unable to attend a
the class period for any reason, AB Fine Art Studio is not responsible for
providing makeup sessions or a refund.

Workshops and Drop-In Sessions:
Tuition for drop-in sessions and family workshops is non-refundable.

Transfers:
No
transfers will be accepted once the second class begins. Transfers may only be made within the same term. A transfer may be made by calling the
Registration Office. You will be charged a transfer fee of $15.

GENERAL RELEASE & WAIVER
For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which I, by
registering with AB Fine art studio hereby acknowledge, I, personally
and on behalf of and as the parent and/or legal guardian of any minors
registered under my care and anyone acting on my behalf, including but
not limited to attorneys, representatives, agents, heirs, executors,
administrators assigns, insurers, predecessors, successors or any other
person or entity asserting claims through me, agree to release,
indemnify, defend and hold harmless: TAB Fine Art Studio and all of
their respective directors, officers, shareholders, subsidiaries,
partners, agents, employees, succes¬sors, parents, beneficiaries, heirs,
executors, administrators, assigns and affiliates thereof
(collectively, "Releasees"), from and against any and all claims, suits,
losses, damages, expenses, costs, and liabilities (including reasonable
attorneys' and consultants' fees and expenses) which hereinafter may
accrue or arise against the Releasees and which in any way arise out of
or are in any way related to (a) my child's participation in the AB Fine
Art Studio classes and camps and/or (b) the use of my child's name,
photograph, quotation, and likeness in any advertising or promotions
which relate to the Camps.

I, PERSONALLY AND ON BEHALF OF MY
CHILD, ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISK THAT IS IN ANY WAY ASSOCIATED WITH,
RELATED TO OR OCCURS AS A RESULT OF MY CHILD'S PARTICIPATION IN CLASSES.

I, PERSONALLY AND ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD, ASSUME THE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY SOILED OR RUINED CLOTHING DURING THE COURSE OF AN
ART CLASS. I UNDERSTAND THAT ART IS A MESSY SUBJECT AND SOME OF THE
MATERIALS WORKED WITH DURING A CLASS ARE NOT WASHABLE.

I,
PERSONALLY AND ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD, HEREBY GIVE RELEASEES OR ANYONE
OF THEM, PERMISSION TO USE MY AND/OR MY CHILD'S NAME, ANY AUDIOVISUAL CONTENT, PHOTOGRAPH,
QUOTATIONS AND LIKENESS IN ANY ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTIONS PERFORMED IN
CONNECTION WITH AB FINE ART STUDIO AND AGREE THAT NEITHER I NOR MY
CHILD SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ANY COMPENSATION FOR SUCH USE.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending and participating in programs and activities sponsored by AB Fine Art Studio and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at AB Fine Art Studio Summer Camp may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, AB Fine art instructors and program participants and their families. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)’s attendance at AB Fine Art Studio Summer Camp or participation in programming (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless AB Fine Art Studio, its agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of AB Fine Art Studio, its agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any AB Fine Art Studio’s program or activity.
