Official Rules - ActivityHero Sweepstakes

One winner will be randomly selected on June 30, 2013 to receive a free Anakin Skywalker Lightsaber. Winner will be contacted by email. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

1. HOW TO ENTER. To enter, entrants must do 1 of the following at the website http://www.activityhero.com between June 1, 2013 and June 30, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period")
- Create a parent account with a valid email address and zip code. One entry per person.
- If you already have an account, log in and refer 1 or more friends to sign up for a parent account. For every friend that signs up, you get 1 more entry & your friend gets 1 entry into the sweepstakes.
No Purchase Necessary to Enter to Win. The ActivityHero 2013 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") ends on June 30, 2013 at 9:00 p.m. PT.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Entrants must be current legal residents of the U.S. (excluding military bases overseas, Puerto Rico, and its Territories) who are at least 18 years of age. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of ActivityHero and their immediate family members and those living in their household, and each person or entity connected with the production, administration or judging of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible.

3. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF CHOSEN ENTRANT AND RELEASE. On June 30, 2013 ("Drawing Date"), one entrant will be selected on random by a representative of ActivityHero from among all eligible entries received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period (the "Selected Entrant"). The Selected Entrant will be required to respond (as directed) to the phone and/or e-mail notification within 72 hours of attempted notification. The failure to respond to the notification within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case ActivityHero may randomly select an alternate Selected Entrant from among all remaining eligible entries. Except where prohibited by law, the Selected Entrant may also be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility / liability / publicity release ("Release") within a specified period of time, and to provide name, U.S. Social Security Number (for tax form purposes), birth date, current address, and phone number. An Alternate Selected Entrant may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries if a Selected Entrant: (i) cannot be reached after diligent effort; (ii) fails to provide required signatures on the Release; or (iii) cannot accept, receive, or qualify for the prize for any reason. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is valid only for use in the 2013 summer season.
