10th Planet Oakland offers NOGI Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for kids ages 7+ and taught by head black belt Michael Hillebrand. Jiu Jitsu will teach them how to defend themselves while they increase their self esteem and confidence in a fun safe atmosphere.
The Beginners Class is designed to ensure that all newer students will begin their jiu jitsu journey with a strong foundation designed to focus on the core techniques that every jiu jitsu practitioner should know. While The Advanced Class will give students the opportunity to take their game to the next level by exploring an in-depth look into advanced technique and Modern Jiu Jitsu.
