Requests for refund, 
transfers, or credits must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days prior
to the first day of class in order to be considered. Please mail to: Three
O'Clock Rock1305 Franklin St. Suite #102Oakland, CA, 94612OR Email to: info@threeoclockrock.com. All
transfers, credits, or cancellations received prior to 60 days before the first
day of class are assessed a fee of 5% OF THE TOTAL REQUESTED AMOUNT.No refund,
credits, or transfers are issued for requests received within 30 days of the
start of class. In the case of illness and injury, requests are considered only
when accompanied with a doctor’s note and letter of explanation for the
exception. The 5% fee still applies. No refund requests will be considered
after the first day of class. Classes are not prorated. Session dates will not
be individualized. Participant substitutions are not allowed. If cancellation
request comes 30 days or less before the start of class or camp, no refunds are
issued, however they can be applied as credit to future programming.
