Landing Dance Academy
We provide a professional, nurturing environment for each student. Our principle instructors have trained at the university level and bring their big city experience to Cadillac. We specialize in jazz, tap, ballet and modern. Whether you are preparing for a future in dance, or are experiencing your first dance class, you've come to the right place. Classes start at age 2 and we even have classes for adults! Explore our website to learn more.
Our Staff
Lindsay Rumohr / Studio Founder & Director
Lindsay Rumohr began her dance training in her hometown of Boise, Idaho. During high school she was the captain of her high school dance team which consistently placed 1st in national competitions. As a senior, she competed her solo throughout the west and placed as runner up at USA Nationals.
She continued her dance training with a Distinguished Artist Scholarship to Hope College and earned a BA in Dance Performance & Choreography. She danced for 4 years with professional companies including Michigan Dance Collective. She has been teaching dance for the last 20+ years at venues like studios, public schools, health clubs and camps. She is also a certified Pilates instructor. In her free time Lindsay loves "hanging out" outside with her husband Luke and their 3 children.
