Formerly Folger's Gymnastics Our goal is to enhance and enrich lives through gymnastics by creating a fun, positive, and healthy environment for all athletes, parents, and coaches. We aim to create a rewarding and challenging environment while focusing on safety through correct technique and skill progression. We strive to help each athlete develop self-respect, self-worth, and self-confidence while building character and integrity through life lessons that will make each athlete a success in and out of the gym.
