Navarrete's Martial Arts Black Belt Academy instills courtesy, loyalty and respect to children through the practice of Taekwondo in greater San Francisco Bay Area. Tiny Tigers program developed especially for preschool age children 3-6 years old offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect and discipline. Tigers are taught both stranger and personal safety skills designed to protect and empower them in their interactions with strangers and bullies. Karate for Kids is based on a lifetime learning concept in addition to technical skills. The Teens Classes is based on fitness, learning self-defense and building self- confidence. Taekwondo instills a sense of discipline and self-confidence that can carry over to all aspects of your life.

Navarette's Tae Kwon Do is a great way to give kids structure and confidence. My son has been doing these clases and growing in them for 7 years (since age 6). During that time he has developed an amazing ability to concentrate and achieve. Master and Mrs. Navarette give a lot of respect to the kids and in turn get it back from them. What the students learn goes way beyond the the actual physical martial arts moves; it goes into every day dealings with family, classmates, friends and strangers.

Navarrete's Black Belt Academy has transformed my almost-teen daughter into a Tae Kwon Do enthusiast. She goes to class 3-4 times per week and loves it. I can see her developing strength and confidence. Master Navarrete strikes a great balance between rigor, mastery, and humor that really works. My daughter comes home happy and exhausted after class.

My daughters have been taking TKD since they were 4 years old at Navarrete's. Out of every program my kids have done, this one soars beyond all. Although the goal of the program is to learn TKD, the teachers go above and beyond to support and work with the children on becoming better people. I have never seen anything like it. I would say this is the NUMBER ONE best program in the city if you want your child to feel challenged, feel loved and feel success.
