Chad McCord Studio

Chad McCord is an well renowned acting coach & director based in Los Angeles. He has over 20 years of experience working in the entertainment industry. Chad began his studies in Ashland Oregon – home of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and then received his degree from the University of Oregon. He continued his studies in Hollywood at the Los Angeles Film School and The Academy of Converging Arts, where he specialized in comedy for film and television. He served as co-artistic director of the Golden State Theater Co., where he co-wrote, co-produced and directed numerous productions. He then taught for many years at a prestigious Los Angeles-based acting school. As a well-respected instructor and private coach of comedy, drama and stand up, Chad has worked on many high-profile films and coached many series regulars, guests’ stars and co-stars both on and off set.
