BORGES KARATE JIU-JITSU

Founded in 1995, The (BKJA) Borges Karate Jiu-Jitsu Academy preserves the original combat techniques of the Japanese Samurai used since feudal Japan. Unarmed and weapon techniques are all taught, based on a common set of movement principles. Through the instruction in these arts, the Traditional Martial Arts BKJA preserves a historical martial arts legacy, and prepares individuals to effectively deal with dangerous situations. These arts have not been altered for sporting competition, nor have they been altered to provide a spiritual path. They are authentic martial arts, rarely found elsewhere. The BKJA and chief instructors each have more than 20 years of progressive training in these arts. Along with the assistant instructors, the Sensei of the Traditional Martial Arts BKJA maintain a commitment to the highest standards in martial arts instruction.
