Secrets of Ancient Civilizations (9AM - 12:00 PM)
Science and history are combined to uncover secrets of the ancient civilizations of Egypt, Mesopotamia, China, and Rome. We will go back in time to these amazing places and discover how mummies were made, learn how to tell time by the sun, use natural dyes to create works of art, build your own pyramid, and have fun launching ping-pong ball catapults!
Amusement Park Adventures (12:30 PM to 3:30 PM) Come along for the ride as we build, mix, and spin our way to an awesome Science Explorers' carnival day! Visit the midway where you'll expereience first-hand a rockin' rollercoaster, bouncing bungees, and creations and concotions straight from the lab, including a super spin-art machine, homemade ice cream, awesome art potion, and a "gingerly made" soda.
