This place is an absolute gem. I always wanted my kids to learn self defense, how to ride a bike and swim. Here we hit the jackpot, my daughters learn arguable the most effective real-world martial art in the world in a family atmosphere. Additionally they are mentored by Professor Shizumi, who instills awareness, composure, culture, confidence, discipline, empathy and humanity. And she even puts on a contemporary dance class midweek for the kids! Additionally I have been taking council on diet and exercise as I prepare for a Fire Academy. Finally after a few sessions with Senior Grand Master Crimi, my psoriasis has almost completely cleared up.
