Elizabeth Silveira / Instructor 

(Instructor & Therapist) has been facilitating movement classes with children and families for over 25 years. She has her B.A. in Dance and Psychology from Goucher College and a M.A. in Dance Movement Therapy and Counseling Psychology from Antioch New England University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist. Elizabeth enjoys empowering students with a strong sense of mastery and self expression through dance. Creative movement and parent/child classes are her speciality. Elizabeth teaches parents how to attune with and foster their child’s personal growth. Elizabeth has danced all her life. She was a member of the Windhover Dance Company in Rockport, MA performing works by Doris Humphrey. She also performed with the Exit Dance Theater and most recently with The Ipswich Moving Company.
