Overview

Enter into the world of engineering and robotics with real or virtual simulator Arduinos as they wire, build, and code their real or virtual bots! This class is perfect for the hands-on tinkerers and engineers of tomorrow who love to build, to figure out how things work and put robots and circuits together.

We also focus on the code - as campers code their virtual or physical Arduinos to conquer fun challenges and then equip their bots with motors, lights, speakers, sensors, and more! A perfect synthesis of code and hands-on building, don’t miss out on joining the worldwide Arduino community and movement now! **Optional - purchase a Creator Mini-Bot for this camp at https://www.creatorbot.co/shop to build your physical robot for class, and gain access to over 100 hours of additional curriculum and lessons to build on after camp!

This class was fun for my 8 year old son because he had a chance to combine circuits and breadboarding with building a cool robot project that he could apply his coding skills and learnings to. I was impressed to learn that the company makes their own robotics kits and that what we took home (you have to purchase the kit for extra, but it's good value) was unique and not something you could get somewhere else. It also came with extra lessons, but he's taking the camp a second time to get deeper into the more advanced components.

My 8 yr old did coding for the first time and she loved it. Robotics was a little tough for her given that it was the first time for her, and a little more hand holding would have been great, but Roblox coding was epic. All in all she had great fun and loved her teacher.
My 6yo daughter learned coding for the first time, she loves working with Mrs Anna, it was a lot of fun to build in the Minecraft world.
