We offer programs for men, women and children of all ages as well as seminars and private lessons. You will learn all aspects of Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, from throws and takedowns to ground work and submissions. Primero also hosts a strong talent pool of former college wrestlers and we incorporate many aspects of American Wrestling and Judo into our Jiu Jitsu and Grappling curriculum. We believe in the importance of mastering basic fundamental skills in order to grow and advanced as a grappler and we emphasize the mastery of those skills. Our method of instruction provides a common sense approach to self defense while providing a fun, safe and invigorating environment. We integrate beginners into ongoing classes with advanced students. Newcomers learn not only from the instructor, but also from more experienced students. Advanced students, in turn, gain valuable insight by helping new students progress, thus providing a wider pool of technical knowledge, wisdom and insight. Our goal is to produce positive results and to promote the physical and mental development of each and every student in our academy.
