Ahn Taekwondo Institute offers a variety of Martial Arts programs that will fit your family’s needs. Moms and Dads are getting in the best shape of their lives and spending valuable time with their children while having a great time learning practical Self-Defense. Students can participate in programs including Taekwondo, Lil’ Dragons preschool martial arts, Hapkido, Classical Weapons and Tai Chi. Special classes, including Olympic-style sparring, specialized breaking, and individual self-defense, are also available. Children of all ages are taught life skills such as citizenship, courtesy, self-control, and respect while gaining confidence and physical skills.
