Golden Bear Gymnastics is a fantastic gym! We love this gym and the program.

Nice safe environment with caring coaches. Our daughter has excelled and learned great skills in safe way. She also made great friends.

As a mother of a competitive gymnast, my daughter and I have experienced many different classes, coaches, and opportunities offered by Golden Bear Gymnastics. All of the coaches are well trained and very respectful to the sport and to the children especially. They encourage and praise every accomplishment and effort made. They have encouraged and helped my daughter to become not only a stronger gymnast, but a stronger person with self confidence and passion.

Golden bear gymnastics has been great to my daughter. She feels beyond happy When she is there. She has made new friends and loves every single coach she has had. She loves it so much she has put a lot of effort into learning and growing more every day! She started in beginner classes and after about a year she was able to make it into a competitive team.
The coaches are great! They are professional, have very high standards but most importantly they are very caring and loving with the kids. I couldn’t think of a better place to take her to.

Golden Bear Gymnastics has a comprehensive set of programs that serves hundreds of East Bay families. Rec classes for all levels, Xcel, and JO competition are all offered and the coaching staff is very well organized, knowledgeable and supportive of our kids. Golden Bears continues to produce state and regionally ranked gymnasts at all levels, while simultaneously creating a wonderful, supportive team environment. The kids who participate in their programs build strength, flexibility, confidence and spirit. Our family loves Golden Bear and we would like to see more underserved families have the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of their programs!

Golden Bear Gymnastics provides a healthy learning environment of recreational as well as competive gymnastics to the community. It’s a great family friendly atmosphere!

My daughter's "happy place". Amazing spirit, great coaches. Who'd have thought anyone would bounce out of bed so early on a Saturday morning? We can't even get that on a school day.

My daughter started at Golden Bear when she was 3 years old or so. She's now on the competitive team. I've been really impressed with Golden Bear's solid development-based curriculum. From donkey kicks to press-ups, my daughter has received age-appropriate guidance on form while still having fun. give it a shot!

The community at Golden Bear has been such a wonderful experience from my daughter adn myself. For everything and everyone they have to keep track of, that staff is always available for questions and thoughts. They take time to get to know the children and can easily tell parents how the kids are doing. They are strict but kind and super supportive of all the athletes. I'm a lifetime Berkeley girl. Both parents worked at CAL all my life. Golden Bear is an extension fo the quality institution that it is and it shows. I'm really grateful for this past year or so with them. My daughter wears her Cal gear with so much pride. I have recommended it to several friends already who have children in classes now because of it. if I could give 10 stars I would. #GoBears

Golden Bear Gymnastics is a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for learning gymnastics. It offers classes for all levels and abilities from beginning to level 10 competitive. The coaches are knowledgeable, respectful, and well-trained. It caters to families from diverse demographics and is inclusive to all.

Our daughter has been at Golden Bear Gymnastics since she was about 6 years old, she is now 12, so half her short life.! It has taught her the importance of teamwork and how to work hard. It has also taught her how to balance academics and sport which will serve her well her whole life!

My daughter was a high energy girl, always upside down and cartwheeling down the street. So we enrolled her at Golden Bear Gymnastics and are so happy we did. The programs there are top-notch. She has learned so much and gained strength, poise, and confidence. Its been a terrific experience.
