Academy of Art University

The Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California offers pre-college art classes and programs to the youth during summer.  We are first and foremost a professional school—a specialized place that helps you master your craft as you prepare for professional roles as artists and designers. Our hands-on, no-nonsense curriculum is taught by some of the finest minds working in today’s creative and innovative industries. 

Our summer program is a four to six week intensive program offering up to three classes either online or in San Francisco. Students get a glimpse into college life, meet other young artists and explore a variety of art & design fields. We offer a wide range of classes in different aspects of art and design.

We prepare aspiring professionals in the fields of design, communication, and the arts by delivering excellent undergraduate and graduate degrees and certificate and portfolio programs.
