Create your own "Sweet DNA" model out of toothpicks and candy using our video and printed lesson plan.

Making a DNA strand out of candy (or fruit & vegetables) is a delicious, easy and fun way to learn about DNA molecules.

DNA is a chemical containing all the information or “codes” that guide your cells in what to do and how to grow.   DNA stands for DeoxyriboNucleic Acid.  It is found in every cell of your body except your red blood cells.

Would highly recommend! The teacher was AMAZING- he made science, physics and learning so much fun. It's the first time during COVID distance learning that my son would sit happily for the whole session, participate, and look forward to it. The activities were dynamic, at the kid's level while also being incredibly educational and fun. Plus there was a nice mix of art, building, and taking the activities to try them outside.
