Adult Dance Fitness: Our dance fitness program will help you get in shape and have fun while doing it. We offer a variety of dance fitness classes during the week to lift the spirit and the heart rate at the same time. This innovative new program integrates the fun of dancing to the latest music with a workout designed to make you sweat, build muscle and increase flexibility.
