I am writing to express my profound disappointment with a recent experience involving your "Outdoor Nature Camp." Despite the appealing information provided about the camp, the reality was far from satisfactory.

On the first day, despite ensuring my children arrived at the designated location punctually, we were met with an entirely vacant site. There had been no communication to inform us of any changes to the camp's location. When I contacted the camp provider, we were given a new location.

Adding to the confusion, there was no clear sign-in or sign-out process for kids with a teacher or camp leader. Disconcertingly, just three days later, we encountered the same issue: the camp's location had once again been changed without any prior notification.

In a further attempt to locate the camp, we followed an address to a regional park. Despite spending 30 mins searching in the large park, we were unable to locate either the camp team or the assigned teacher. My repeated calls to the teacher remained unanswered.

This string of frustrating events has led to a deeply disappointing summer camp experience for my family. We sincerely regret our decision to register for this camp. It is our hope that the issues we encountered can be addressed and rectified to ensure a more organized and positive experience for all future campers and their families.

My son loved the camp! He gives five stars! He liked that he could climb trees and lock for snails.
