Focusing on expanding the artistic movement of the student so that they can develop their own individual style through a series of exercises,combinations, and improvisations, this class helps facilitate the way students move for performance purposes. The students will learn techniques in audience engagement and stage presentation as well as explore how to move in unique and unexpected ways.
The goal of the class is to comprehend new acrobatic skills/polish old ones and learn how action creates reaction throughout your movement transitions. The understanding of these practices can then be applied to any circus discipline. This class is not only open to those interested in deepening their movement in circus, but also those looking to enrich their sense of movement in general.
