Apex Gymnastics is a family-owned gym located in San Jose, proudly run by a mother-daughter team with a passion for making a positive impact in children’s lives. For over 15 years, we have created a welcoming, family-like environment where kids feel safe, supported, and proud of what they accomplish.

At Apex, we focus on safety, proper technique, and positive coaching. Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or training for competition, we help them build strength, confidence, and life skills — all while having fun.

We offer a wide range of programs, including: Gymnastics classes for boys and girls, Summer and school break camps, Girls’ competitive Xcel team, Super Ninja classes, Birthday parties, private lessons, field trips & open gyms. 

Our facility is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, and our experienced coaches are committed to helping each child grow at their own pace.

At Apex, we don’t just teach gymnastics — we help kids believe in themselves. We believe in creating a space where kids can grow strong — both physically and emotionally — while having fun and feeling proud of themselves.
