My son complained that teacher and some students started speaking in Chinese after about 15-20 minutes to the class. My son was so frustrated because he could not understand what they were saying.
We are Korean American so I know that Chinese or other ethnics want to speak in their own language when it is hard to communicate in English.
However, it was an open course for everyone and the conversation should remain English throughout the class unless it was mentioned that part of the class would be done in Chinese.

Hello Mr. Park,
We saw your feedback on our webinar- UX Design Thinking in STEAM Education. We apologized that this webinar made your kids feel frustrated. But I want to explain, and hopefully, you'll feel better.
First, this is not a class but a public webinar. BayCodingClub invites the product design director at Facebook as our speaker. it is provided to the students or parents who love art and STEAM education for free. So I'm wondering if you filled in the wrong feedback block.
Second, during the webinar, no one speaks Chinese. And all of the participants were mute. I checked the video recording and confirmed it. I can sure there are some mistakes between your kid and BCC. But we are happy to resolve it. Would you mind give me more detail? It is also a chance for us to improve our quality.
Third, your kid is 7 years old. BayCodingClub does have Scratch& Roblox courses that suitable for him to learn to code. Here is a demo class

Please feel free to have a look when your kid is available. For all of BayCodingClub's courses, all of our teachers are speak English in class.
I heard BayCodingClub from one of my friends, he sent his son who is 6th grader learning Python there. he told me that their Curriculum is proffessional,he recommend our son to register too. Two months ago, we registered our son through their website. By far, we noticed that our son has more and more confidence to show us his CODING stuff. We know, he has learned a lot, especially the projects, that guided him to linking more knowledge that he can explore online. I seriously recommend this Bay Coding Club to your kids. It is a real good and responsible school.
