Black Sheep Jiu Jitsu
Black Sheep Jiu Jitsu is owned and operated by Ralph Gracie black belt and world champion Woolf Barnato. As well as pan am & world medalist Danny Speirn. Two decorated competitors who have dedicated their lives to the study and instruction of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
All Levels Jiu Jitsu: All levels welcome. Class consists of a 25 minute warm-up, 30 minutes of drilling, 20 minutes of technical instruction, and 40 minutes of positional/ regular sparring. Class is catered towards those with 6 months or more experience.
Kids Classes: Our kids program positively impacts the community by empowering kids through Jiu Jitsu. Kids classes are designed to be fun, teach discipline, focus, respect, self-confidence and physical skill. Kids ages 4 and above are welcome to train.
Our Staff
Woolf Barnato- Instructor
Woolf Barnato is a Marin county native, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion, who has dedicated his life to the study of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He opened Black Sheep Jiu-Jitsu in order to provide the best martial arts instruction and training environment in the north bay.
