I would recommend this camp to any parent, because your child will return home changed in the best way possible. The activities were great, the SAT/ACT prep was awesome, but most importantly the atmosphere is one that made my daughter feel comfortable for 4 weeks being away from home for the first time.

My daughter's experience at Camp New Heights was nothing short of miraculous. We had struggled with my daughter's eating habits and general attitude as she finished her freshmen year of school. We sent her to camp in hopes of getting some relief. When our daughter returned home she was a different person. Our daughter lost several pounds of fat and gained some pretty gnarly muscles. What we saw from my daughter was a huge boost in self-esteem, respect for others, and a focused attitude on how she wanted to live her life. Our daughter now goes shopping with her step mom and helps pick out things and plan the meals for the week. I'm just enamored with the transformation I've seen in her. This camp clearly has the secret sauce. The staff members seem extremely committed to the success of each camper and the success of the camp. There was zero staff turnover while our daughter was there and she hasn't stopped talking about the two coordinators since she's come home.

I have sent my son to this camp this past 2 years and it has been a wonderful experience. The kids are always engaged and are kept very busy. Obviously the activities are great, but all the campers seem to be so happy and love being there. Every phone call I got from my son was singing praises. We started by sending my son for 2 weeks and we've extended up extending for all 6 weeks both summers. The SAT/ACT prep is phenomenal with my son seeing his average score go up by 100 points. This camp employs some great talent to work there, including their former NFL player "Big JT" as the kids call him. Did I mention the weekend excursions? My goodness, the kids get to go on awesome weekend excursions to activities like ziplining and camping in national parks. I simply can't say enough about this camp, it's a complete experience. Your kids will return home having matured both physically, socially, and emotionally.

No idea, but I hope so! My child is non-binary and is going for all 6 weeks, so i very much hope it’s inclusive and welcoming to everyone. I have faith that it is. -
