Camp SEA Lab

Camp SEA Lab offers summer camps for ages 8-16! We have exciting options to choose from with our three day camp themes and overnight Voyage Seaward program. Explore the wonders of the Monterey Bay through hands-on marine science education with our knowledgeable, fun and experienced educators, and immerse yourself in the ocean during snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding and more!

Our Staff

Camp SEA Lab staff are passionate about teaching campers about the marine environment and guiding explorations. Our staff our perusing or have degrees in the sciences and have experience working with children. Camp SEA Lab provides all staff with extensive safety training prior to employment. Training includes risk assessment protocols, defensive driving, site evaluations, and camp activity training. 

Our hiring process through the ensures high standards for employment are met, including screening and criminal background checks.

All summer staff possess current CPR/First Aid certifications and all aquatic staff are additionally LIfeguard Certified. Campers are under constant supervision, and we we have low camper to staff ratios.

My daughter went to both the day camp and the residential camp and loved it! I highly recommend attending. It can be a bit pricey, but in my opinion, it was well worth it!
