About
Camp Shout Out
Camp Shout Out is located at Pioneer Trails Camp on Big Blue Lake in Holton, Michigan. Its program, embedded within a traditional recreational overnight summer camp environment, contains a special therapeutic focus evolving communicative competence for youth who stutter. The program is developed and implemented by board certified fluency specialists who lead a hands-on professional training opportunity for speech-language pathologists and graduate students.
Fun & Learning: Swimming, boating, ropes course, crafts, horseback riding, watermat, talent show, campfires and more.
Education: Parent education, participation (first and last days of camp) and recommendations provided at the end of the session
