Ciclo SF

Ciclo SF is a clothing design company and sewing lab that promotes sustainability in Fashion. 

Our shop is a working studio where we offer sewing classes for young people ages 9-16 years of age. It is ideal for students beginning to explore anything from repairing their own clothes, to hands on working and learning about the importance of creating sustainable fashion. 

Ciclo SF is uniquely focused on recycling and sustainable used materials during our workshops and classes. Then, students learn how to up-cycle/repurpose second hand clothes and make them into new, personalized or custom made items that they can proudly wear, sell or gift. In this way we can promote many different ways we can all contribute to making the fashion and clothing industry more sustainable.

Highly recommend this camp! My daughter absolutely loved it! She learned a bunch of new skills and finished the week with a huge sense of accomplishment. With the instructors’ help, she made two skirts, two shirts, a scrunchie and a bag, all with impressive detailing and craftsmanship. The instructors seem to easily manage a wide range of skill sets from complete beginner to more advanced, so it’s fun for everyone. I also appreciate that they take the kids out for a walk and lunch in the park every day.

Amazing place to learn sewing as a very beginner or experience beginner. Kids come back home with amazing up-cycled projects that they made during camp. We have been coming to Ciclo for the last 6 months. We totally recommend it.
