Your summer 2021 Destination Science in person camp experience will have all of the science fun and social friendship your kids have come to expect from summers past, within the guidelines of our COVID-19 safety plan. We are closely monitoring CDC, State and County guidelines and will always maintain safety of campers & staff.

In order for everyone to get the attention they deserve, we only have 12 or 14 to a group, separated by ages, so typically the five and six-year-olds work as a team, the seven and eight-year-olds group up, and those nine and older learn together.

What Makes Destination Science Camps Unique?

When you choose a Destination Science STEAM robotics camp, your child will get a unique summer experience that emphasizes building social skills as much as acquiring knowledge. Our teachers use hands-on activities to engage kids in learning. The children work together to get projects done, which helps them meet new people and play alongside children from diverse backgrounds. Other reasons our robotics summer youth programs stand out include:

Lasting value: Your child can bring the projects they finish home and use them over and over again, like the movie-making kit.

Fostering curiosity: We encourage kids to ask questions, which will serve them well as they continue through school.

Standout teachers: Our carefully screened staff has years of experience and excels at motivating our campers.

Each year we comb the globe for new and innovative projects that will bring your kids’ love for robots to life! Children love coming to our robotics summer camp for kids because it’s fun. They like learning, and they love the social aspect of seeing their friends each day. They also enjoy the creative themes we explore, which are tailored to match kids’ interests.

Parents appreciate the program because their kids like it. They want their children to keep learning through the summer to avoid the summer slide, but they also value the entertainment that camp provides for their kids. In short, happy children make for happy parents!

Not a fun time for my 6 year old. It was struggle to get my kiddo into this camp daily, The kids had near zero time outside and (I was told) it was more like a classroom where kids couldn’t play and were expected to “sit” most of the day. Of course I wasn’t there but for the money paid vs facility housed and daily updates from my kid this is a no go for us but maybe fun for others.

The program finds the most innovative ways to teach science in a way that appeals to many age levels. Kids come home with the coolest tools and toys! We still use the tiny pocket microscope and the kids are in high school!

My boys (10 & 9yrs), really enjoyed themselves. I only signed up for 1 week of camp and they were disappointed that the other camps have a wait list. I asked them if they felt to old, they said no and are looking forward to attending camp next summer.
