Our LITTLES Program introduces children to the gentle art of Jiu Jitsu. Students learn the basic positions and techniques of Jiu Jitsu including guard, mount, and the hip escape.Our YOUTH Program introduces students to all of the fundamental positions in Jiu Jitsu - Stand-up, Guard, Side Control, Mount Control, and Back Control. An emphasis is put on how to piece together several concepts of Jiu Jitsu in order to advance a position. As students progress through the curriculum, more advanced techniques like specialized guards and more dynamic guard passes are introduced.
Our Program is refined for students in their mid to late adolescent years. Students in this age group, for all intents and purposes, train Jiu Jitsu as young adults with the accompanying expectations and responsibilities.
Our KIDS NO GI Program expands the scope of Jiu Jitsu instruction to include learning Jiu Jitsu without the GI Jacket. Students train Jiu Jitsu in Gi pants and a rash guard and/or shirt. Without the Gi jacket, students must learn how to control their opponent without Gi jacket specific grips.
Our Women's Only Jiu Jitsu class is led by World Champion Black Belt, Professor Pati Fontes. Women receive instruction on self-defense techniques and sport Jiu Jitsu training in a safe and empowering environment. This class is suitable for all levels, beginners and experienced students.

Our Staff
Master Leo Vieira is the Founder and Program Director of DOJO. He is the visionary behind DOJO’s guiding principles, teaching philosophy, and youth-specific Jiu Jitsu curriculum.Master Leo’s curriculum for youth is based on the foundational values of martial arts: respect, humility, balance, social growth, loyalty, and self-defense. He believes the lessons learned on the mat, including goal-setting, hard work, and dedication, transfer directly to school, other sports, and life outside the academy. The confidence gained from training can be seen in improved public-speaking skills. Communication skills can result in new friendships. And the problem-solving so inherent in Jiu Jitsu can lead to better academic performance. “I enjoy working with the kids because they learn so fast and you can see the positive changes every single day,” he explained.
