24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Doodle Bee understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure our customers have flexibility when booking with us. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations.

Policy Details:

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Period: 

Customers may cancel their Doodle Bee Art Class up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without any cancellation fees.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Notice: 

To cancel, customers must notify The Doodle Bee Team at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time by contacting us at +52 967-683-5777 or debbeedoodles@outlook.com

3.⁠ ⁠Refunds: 

If cancellation is made within the 24-hour period, a full refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.

4.⁠ ⁠Late Cancellations: 

If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.

5.⁠ ⁠No-Shows: 

Failure to show up for a scheduled Doodle Bee Class without a 12-hour prior cancellation or notice will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
