Overview

Young Engineers is opening its doors to anyone who loves to experience, to experiment, but especially to enjoy Lego construction! We specialize is an experiential and challenging learning environment, with games and scientific experiments that visualize natural phenomena and the forces acting around them. Campers learn the engineering behind the machines we use every day and perform science experiments that kids can take home! During each day the campers will build exciting motorized LEGO® bricks models, reflecting STEM theories learned together!

SUPERHEROES CAMP: A super camp that is dedicated to the children’s favorite superheroes, where everything takes place around their different types of powers. Isn’t that powerful?

SCIENCE CAMP: A camp that teaches the laws and concepts of the world of science, math, and engineering, while combining challenges and experiments that can be taken home. That’s genius!

ADVENTURE CAMP: Let your children exercise their mind and body, where they can experience mental challenges through finding creative solutions and experiencing physical and sports challenges. As we say, a fun spirit in a healthy body.

I got to know about Young Engineers through this location and unfortunately I accidentally made a mistake and register my son for another location!!! Completely different level! Mira (owner and managing director of San Diego Center location) is amazing she used to work as scientist for years before she started this business!
I would defiantly recommend this location ONLY!

My daughter, 7 years old, was attended e2 young engineers summer camps when I was living in Bay Area. She was exited about the camp as she was making new motorized Lego models each day and getting to see them in motion, never got bored! As her parent, I was happy as she was also gaining knowledge in mechanics and energy transfer concepts. I see they have recently added coding to their program as well. I am curious to see how they will teach coding skills to kid without any laptop or ipad!I would certainly recommend this activity due to their unique approach (as far as I have seen!) to teaching STEM to the kids.

Hi, Thank you for your questions. The program is for 3 months. We have 12 months' worth of curriculum. Each session kids learn about one STEM concept and they start building a model and implement the concept into the model. You get a free LEGO Robotics package that you can use to build more than 70 models, however, you can cancel anytime and get a full refund minus the $85 LEGO Set cost. -
