Impacter: Foundations For Leadership

In this course, students will gain a deep understanding of the 8 Attributes of the Impacter Cycle, qualities that all great leaders possess:  Curiosity, Perspective-Taking, Purpose, Self-Control, Grit, Growth Mindset, Compassion, and Gratitude.

They will examine the 8 Attributes individually as well as their interconnections. Students will analyze the influence these 8 Attributes have had on historical figures and events, technology, art, business, sports, culture, scientific research, current events, and most importantly, their own lives. They will not only increase their understanding of these attributes but also put them into practice and develop them through video reflections and simulations. Students will leave with a well-grounded sense of their strengths and growth opportunities, enabling them to truly get the most out of the Impacter Pathway Course Series.
