Flying Frog Academy

Flying Frog Academy is Sonoma County's one & only Parkour & Freerunning Academy! At our one of a kind indoor parkour park, students of all ages will learn to navigate their environment and accomplish fun movement challenges while learning parkour specific movements and skills.

All of our classes focus on safety, precision, and perseverance, while also incorporating explorative play, strength building, and creativity. The way the physical environment is designed and configured influences how children feel, act, and behave. At Flying Frog Academy we offer students the opportunity to run, jump, reach, balance, throw, crawl, climb, vault, leap, land, flip, and turn!

We offer parkour classes for kids, teens, and adults, plus birthday parties, camps, field trips, and more! 4 hours of screen-free awesomeness for kids ages 6 - 12 Yrs. This activity is fitness based with roots in rock-climbing, gymnastics, martial arts, and plyometrics.
