It's time to show you still got it in the Get Out! Dingers & Wingers over-30 skills challenge. Join Get Out! Tunkhannock for an autumn skills competition packed full of fun and energy. Men's and women's divisions in baseball and softball respectively will be created that include the following events:
-Long Ball Challenge (Home Run Derby)
-Fielding Challenge
-Pitching Challenge
-Base Running Challenge
-And More!
This is similar to Punt, Pass, Kick skills competition in football, but for baseball.
Get Out! Tunkhannock will provide games and seasonal activities for the kids.
Teams will be randomly generated in each division. Compile scores and compete as a team for the win. The all-around personal best in each division will also take home the coveted BIG WINGER🐔trophy.
All Main Participant entries will receive a Dingers & Wingers t-shirt, a 24-pack chicken wing sampler from various local restaurants, 12 chicken tenders for the kids, sides that the kids (might) eat, and fresh fruit in a family bundle.
We'll have two registration categories for this event: a Main Participant, and a Family Member Add-On. A Family Member Add-On could be anyone (but fairly likely a spouse) and is available at a reduced registration cost. A Main Participant registration is required for this event, and just one Family Member Add-On may be linked to a Main Participant registration. The Family Member Add-On includes a t-shirt and participation in the skills challenge, but no additional meal package. Main Participant packages are $120. Family Member Add-On packages are $60. A separate payment link will be sent to the registered email upon registration.
