Greene Academy of Irish Dance

Greene Academy of Irish Dance we provide lessons for kids aging 4-15 years old in Los Altos Hills California.  The students of the Greene Academy of Irish Dance participate in dancing competitions throughout North America including major championships such as the North American Irish Dance Championships and the World Championships. Additionally, dancers perform throughout the year at various events, including the annual Greene Academy benefit concert.

Through weekly lessons, dancers are guided towards improvement in skills and techniques and challenged to perform in various competitions. Equally important to the student's enjoyment of dancing, is the establishment of friendships among the dancers, and learning to support each other and work as a team. Team dancing, such as figure dancing, and figure choreography, are emphasized in addition to solo dancing.
