Headway Boxing
Unlimited group classes from Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Bootcamp, Strength, Conditioning, and Women's only. Open gym (except during class in session) Get the workout you deserve, the ability to learn a craft of each available class, and the ability to utilize it in everyday living including self-defense.
Kids Classes: Fundamentals of boxing. For ages 5 years old to 12 years old. Learn the proper technique of the most important punch, "the jab." The advantage of great defense. The swiftness and balance of proper footwork.

Been boxing for about 14 years, 3 time Golden Glove Champ, represented California in the nationals 2012 and 2013. Turned professional about a year ago, and on the road to becoming a World Champion. I also have a beautiful 3-year-old daughter, who is my inspiration
