Humane Rescue Alliance

The Humane Rescue Alliance's humane education program, established in 1987, encourages students to speak up for animals rather than accept the role of passive observers. 

The program encourages young animal enthusiasts to advocate for all animals. And the program introduces shelter animals and foster animals up close on computer screens everywhere. 

Participation is not limited to the District of Columbia, animal enthusiasts everywhere are invited to register and join HRA's virtual programs created especially for kids who care about animals.
