We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a cancellation of your child's participation in our camp program. To ensure fairness to all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation requests made prior to the camp start date will receive a full refund of the camp tuition, minus a $25 booking fee per child per session.
If enrollees transfer to another camp, the booking fee will be waived.
Cancellation requests made after the camp start date will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event that the camp session is cancelled by the camp due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or low enrollment, we will offer a full refund of the camp tuition or a credit for a future session.
