Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting the time and resources invested in preparing for your participation. Please review the details below:

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days prior to the activity date.




• Partial Refund: If you cancel 3-6 days before the activity date, you will receive a 50% refund.




• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the activity date will not be eligible for a refund.
