iElevate ME Inc
All Of Me Seen Camp is a Somatics and Mindfulness Summer Camp that provides girls ages 5 yrs to 14 yrs with the tools to experience more freedom of expression, embodiment and compassion in their lives with a focus on:
- Engagement - Each session will consist of mindfulness practices as a way for the participants to find presence within themselves and engage in social emotional learning.
- Embodiment - Facilitators will guide the participants through a series of Somatic exercises and games to foster emotional, energetic and physical embodiment.
- Empowerment - Each day the participants will engage in practices of social emotional learning and cultivating embodiment which promotes confidence, autonomy and empowerment.

The camp was fantastic. I was a little unsure when I initially came across it but decided to add it to the list for my kids to choose from. I was surprised when my 9-yr old chose that as her top choice. After the 1st day when I picked her up she couldn't stop talking about how awesome it was. They did yoga, meditation, group chats, art projects, swimming. She loved it so much. The other girls were so sweet and welcoming and the instructor was so friendly, helpful, and patient. Absolutely would recommend for preteen/teen girls!

My girls loved it. They came home each day talking about how much they learned and how fun it was. I wish it was longer because they learn things I didn't even know they needed. We had some issues with big feelings and from these tools Ms. Victoria gave them, they're better at managing their emotions better, they know what they're feeling and they can tell me about it. It's actually changed our relationships. And they even taught me a few things.:) They're definitely doing it again.

What an amazing experience my little had. My daughter really enjoyed herself throughout the camp. She learned different tools to express herself that felt true to her. I feel like although she had a pretty bold voice. She was more creative in the way that she exercised her being. Victoria and her staff really took care of the girls and all facets. We will definitely be back.
