Ivy Tutors Network

Lisa grew up in New York City, attending specialized public schools PS 87, Delta (MS 54) and Bronx Science, and then went on to get her BA at Columbia University. While in High School, Lisa tutored younger students with great success. When she no longer had time to tutor in college, Lisa kept receiving calls from parents looking for the same kind of care and attention she had shown to her students. She instantly understood that there was a gap in the NYC market for a reliable tutoring service. So began Ivy Tutors Network in 2003. While running her education company, Lisa has also had a 13-year corporate career in consumer products, spending 3 of those years in a C-level role before returning to IVY to pursue her mission to help students find the joy in learning.
