Juarez Academy of Engineering & Technology

Juarez Academy is a PBIS school. We believe that PBIS helps to support students in their acquisition of appropriate behaviors, and helps to provide a positive learning environment for all students.

Our three school-wide behavior expectations are: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Ready to Learn. These expectations are explicitly taught to students from a positive perspective so that students gain a clear understanding of the positive behaviors that they should exhibit in any area of school and in all settings. Recognition and reinforcement of appropriate behaviors is done through verbal praise and incentives.
