Behavior Clause

Teacher may at its sole discretion remove Student from the program if:

• Student is not able to fully participate in the program; or
• Student disrupts the class; or
• Teacher feels removal is appropriate for the benefit of the class.Cancellation

Class can be cancelled by Teacher under the following circumstances:

• if the total number of students per class is below 2; or
• if the location for the class is unavailable, unsuitable or unsafe; or
• if Teacher becomes ill; or
• if Teacher for any other reason is unable to run classes.

Refund

Guardians will be fully refunded for each class student didn’t attend for one of the following reasons:

• the Class Program was cancelled because the total number of students per class was below 2; or
• the Class Program was cancelled as the location for the class is unavailable, unsafe or deemed unsuitable for all further classes; or
• Student is removed from the classroom for behavior; or
• Student becomes ill and cannot attend 5 or more consecutive classes of the Public

Speaking Class Program.

In case that Teacher cancels a class because Teacher was ill or Teacher was unable to run the class for any other reason, then Teacher can either (i) reschedule such class or (ii) reimburse Guardians for the cancelled class.

No Refund

No refund will be given a credit will be given instead

Guardians will not be refunded for classes that Student did not attend for one of the following reasons:

• Student cannot attend a class due to a vacation taken by Student or the Guardians;
  
  
• Student misses one or more non-consecutive classes but not more than four consecutive classes because of illness (short term illness); or


• Student misses class because of a family illness or other personal circumstance Indemnification
