Kuk Sool Won of Millbrae

Kuk Sool Won of Millbrae offers classes in martial arts for all ages. We offer classes for young kids, kids, and teens. As a comprehensive martial arts system, Kuk Sool Won is extremely well-organized and seeks to integrate and explore the entire spectrum of established Asian martial arts and body conditioning techniques, as well as mental development and traditional weapons training.

Our Young Kids Program, for ages 3-5 years, focuses on empowering self-esteem in a creative, safe, and playful environment through activities that provide an emphasis on active listening and discipline. This program introduces young students to basic martial arts moves and is designed to build on foundational skills such as concentration, memorization, balance, and gross motor coordination. Consistent practice builds a sense of independence and self-confidence through fun drills, unique games, and lots of exercises. These activities will help young ones develop listening skills, cooperation, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
