At Learn & Experience we create opportunities to connect young people (8-17) from different backgrounds and cultures to grow with a sense of adventure, curiosity and empathy. We have two main programs, World Camp and Teen Travel, running in the U.K. and Canada. At L&E we have the focus on a personal journey for everyone who attends one of our programs. We have a clear vision for L&E, venture- connect- grow; which is a simple idea of stepping out into the unknown for a new adventure and challenging yourself, may that be being away for the first time or embarking on a new travel experience. The next is connecting, which we value as one of the most important aspects of our programs, not only connecting with new people form all over the world, but connecting with yourself, you enhance these skills, leading to better communication and understanding diversity when meeting new people and cultural awareness. The last is grow, we feel after our programs you grow through the new experiences you have been on, allowing you to develop a new way of thinking and becoming a more independent person. With L&E personal, social and leadership skills are intertwined with everything that we do.
