Magikid Robotics Lab - Summer Camp (G2-3)

Regular PASS Class Refund & Makeup Policy

1. Cancel and get a full refund within 24 hours of payment (minus a 3% of processing fee if paid by Strip/Paypal).


2. 100% refund after 24 hours' purchase but 24 hours before the first class begins (minus a 3% of processing fee if paid by Strip).


3. Partial refund before the begining of the third class (minus the $25 processing fee  + the classes' fee without discount). For example,  $500 - $25 - $75X 2= $325.


4. Usually, all regular class passes are valid for 180 days. Check the lab to fully understand the expiration date before purchase. No refund after the first three classes.

Summer Camp 2025 Refund Policy

If You need to cancel, please email to Pleasanton@magikidlab.com within the timeframe:

1. Cancel and get full refund within 24 hours of payment (minus a 3% of processing fee if paid by Strip/Paypal).


2. 100% refund till April 15th, 2025 (minus a 3% of processing fee if paid by Strip/Paypal + $20 processing fee). 


3. 75% refund till May 1st, 2025.


4. 50% refund till 2 weeks prior to your camp start date.


5. No refund (or camp switches) within 2 weeks of your camp start date.
   
   

If Magikid Need To Cancel Class

If Magikid cancels due to state or county health orders or mandates, you will receive a 100% credit refund.

If Magikid cancels for any other reason, you can choose a 100% check or credit refund.
