Maker Studio Kids

My 7.5 yo really loved the 3 day camp. There was a different focus everyday. Day 1 on air clay, day 2 on sewing and day 3 on utilizing cardboard materials and hot glue gun. She came home with different crafts everyday! The studio is very welcoming and well equipped. The kids also went to different outdoor locations for snack and lunch. Now she can't stop asking when the next Maker camp is.

Love Maker Studio Kidz! They are a very versatile studio with activities for kids of all ages!

My daughter loves Makers Studio. She has come home proud of all her creations which have included dioramas, a jet pack, stuffed animal and more!

Maker Studio Kidz is an amazing STEM & Art studio that truly inspires the youth in engaging subjects while making it fun! I highly recommend having your kids attend one of their creative camps, they will come home with lots of projects and fun stories to share.

The kids really enjoyed the time spent! The staff are caring and provide a great environment.

I really enjoyed my experience at The Paint n Sip! The instructor Emily was amazing and so patient with us while we were completing the painting project. I can not wait to come back! Great option if looking to take a friend on a date!

It was nice. My daughter liked it a lot. She made fun things!

I enrolled my twins and they said it was fun. There were a few fun projects they came home with (sewing projects). The only thing was that ai had enrolled them in 2 different activities (Tech and Sewing) and it seems like they ended up in one camp. It was fine though.

The projects were creative and fun. We felt the teachers/staff did a great job of keeping the kids engaged.

The projects are fun and creative, my daughter tried several new things at the camp. She loved it!

My 13 year old daughter loved attending the virtual Maker Studio class and was sad when it ended. I’ll definitely sign her up for it again.

My daughter dropped in on this class for 2 days (tagged along with her neighbor friend) and she loved it!! The teacher was nice; she and her friend got to make a variety of shapes with their clay, and then make a short "movie" with them.

It was our first time today, and when the session began,the instructor did not introduce herself and did not give info about the session. She began to make a thing named ocean reef, cardboard in circle shape with colored pics, shapes glued on it. My daughter said it looks so simple , not interesting and wanted to leave. Where is the mechanics part, where is the introduction and instructions? Was not worth it, very disappointing. She left in a few minutes.

Very disappointing. There were two children in the class at different age levels, my daughter was told to do a teacher muted her half way through the class and continued to work with the more advanced student. It might have been a substitute teacher filling in, but we left when we realized we were being ignored.

My daughter absolutely loved the class and is planning to take another one as soon as possible. The teachers were so nice and supportive, and the activities were really stimulating. My daughter has found a love for drawing fashion. Superb!

My daughter took Loom class last week. She really like it. The teacher is very nice and patient to explain and to nicely repeat again when my daughter couldn't follow it.

Maker Studio is great, engaging and fun crafts w/ great instructors.

My two boys attended Maker Studio SF camp in the summer of 2018. They were not at all enthusiastic about the camp and did not want to go back this year. They were especially disappointed that they were not able to keep their robot, which is what was advertised when we signed up for this camp.

My kids never learned how to modeling an object via a 3D printer and they created a keychain by themselves. Thanks for the teachers help and Maker Studio for their incredible work!

I heard about Maker Studio through a friend who recommended it to me for my kids. They really loved it! We will come back to this summer!

We loved camp with Maker Studio SF--they help teach real skills, build in math and science, and empower the girls to take ownership...all the while making it lots of fun! My daughter came home with a beautiful skirt she made and has worn since last summer. And, she has used her sketching/ drawing skills for the last year both in school and for fun at home and teaches her friends the sketching techniques. Very cool. One of the only camps my daughter wants to return to!

We love this Maker space! Our daughter attended during spring break week. One of the first times she did not complain about going to camp instead of vacation. She learned about electric circuits, built two machines, including one that she soldered over 30 spots (never having used soldering tools before). Going back this summer. Recommend without reservations.

My eight year old daughter enjoyed Maker's Studio fashion design camp over her winter break. Marisa's program was a lot of fun and great exposure to sewing and 3-D printing. We hope to return!

Our daughter really enjoyed the one day camp during Spring break and is asking to go back during the summer!

My 12 year old son had a wonderful first experience at Maker Studio SF. The only thing he didn't like was that he was the only boy there. He learned about 3-D printing, creating an object to print, how to work in photoshop, good tech world for a boy who has really only been exposed to the Waldorf world with some tech. Great place!
