Cancellation for online and in-person classes: 

If a family new to our program provides notification before the 2nd class of their FIRST session they attend, they will receive a pro-rata refund for unused classes, less a $40 processing fee. 

If you are a returning student, no refunds will be issued due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts (school play, new activities, etc).  

If you move to a new school district and can no longer attend an in-person class, you will have the option to switch to an online class or receive a pro-rata credit towards future classes and camps.

5 Olympiads Policy:

If you want to withdraw, no refunds will be issued. You are committing to 5 classes/Olympiads.
