Mighty Coders Cancellation & Policies

Regular Student Cancellations

We understand that plans may change, and you might need to cancel your child’s classes. We kindly ask for at least 30 days' notice to process cancellations.

• To cancel, please email cloud@mightycoders.io or info@mightycoders.io with your intended last day.


• Transfers between sessions are allowed if space is available.


• Please note that we do not issue refunds for missed classes from previous months.

Summer Camp Cancellations (Less Than 14 Days Before Start Date)

🔹 Assumption of Risk Policy
By participating in Mighty Coders programs, students (or their parents/guardians) acknowledge and accept all risks associated with activities and equipment use. This includes both expected and unexpected risks. Participants waive any claims against Mighty Coders for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation.

🔹 Release of Liability
Participants and their parents/guardians release Mighty Coders, including its staff and affiliates, from any claims related to injuries, damages, or losses incurred while attending our programs. This does not cover cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

🔹 Liability & Medical Responsibility
Parents/guardians are responsible for any medical expenses related to injuries or illnesses sustained during a Mighty Coders program. In case of a medical emergency, Mighty Coders staff may seek necessary medical treatment for the participant without prior consent. Mighty Coders does not provide medical insurance.

🔹 Media Release
By participating, parents/guardians consent to the use of their child's images in Mighty Coders' promotional materials, including brochures, websites, and social media. These images may also be shared with third-party partners for marketing purposes. No claims for misappropriation of personality, breach of privacy, or damages will be entertained.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Fees are non-refundable under the following conditions:

If You Need to Cancel

• 
  More than 4 weeks before the session start date: Full refund, minus the applicable processing fee.


• 
  2-4 weeks before the start date: 50% refund.


• 
  Less than 14 days before the start date: A credit voucher will be issued for use on another Mighty Coders activity of equal or lesser value.


• 
  Less than 3 days before the start date: A credit voucher will be issued, but a $50 processing fee will be deducted.

Transfers

• If you need to move your child to another session, simply contact us. Transfers are subject to availability.

Medical Cancellations

• If your child needs to withdraw due to medical reasons, we require a written note from a physician. In such cases, a full refund (minus the processing fee) will be issued. Otherwise, we are happy to transfer your child to another session.

Cancellations by Mighty Coders

• If Mighty Coders cancels a session due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

COVID-19 & Public Health Emergencies

• If a session is canceled due to public health restrictions, we will issue a full refund, minus the processing fee.

Missed Days & Prorations

• 
  Camp fees are not prorated for days missed.
